1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.

4. Drive sales and exceed key performance indicators through exceptional service.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

7. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
2. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
