1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement and drive sales.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service upon order collection.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner-level experience, preferably in a retail setting.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
