- Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations to enhance customers' beauty routines and confidence.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on product use, ingredients, and techniques to drive informed purchases.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant and timely advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available for required shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, product trends, and empowering customer confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering in-person consultations.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail-floor tasks.
