1. Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations to enhance customers' beauty routines and confidence.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on product use, ingredients, and techniques to drive informed purchases.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant and timely advice.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

7. Be available for required shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, product trends, and empowering customer confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering in-person consultations.
4. Team-oriented, goal-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail-floor tasks.
