1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; perform product demonstrations and application techniques.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPI targets through effective selling, upselling and client follow-up.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and brand activations to provide relevant, expert advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues and upholding Sephora’s customer experience and safety standards.

1. Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product education with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required for inventory tasks.
5. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with peers and clients.
