Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part‑Time)

1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailor product recommendations to individual client needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and store targets.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain an orderly, inviting sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes Sephora’s culture of belonging.
7. Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.
8. Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts, and meet required weekly hours.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting.
2. Passion for beauty, current trends and product application.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building client relationships.
4. Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.
6. Availability to work part-time hours (15–29 hours per week) including peak retail periods.
