1. Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment that promotes client loyalty and team cohesion.
7. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience.

1. Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
3. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
4. Team player mentality; collaborative and goal-driven.
5. Fast learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Availability to meet required weekly shifts for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and work peak retail hours.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and support sales objectives is advantageous.
