Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

- Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients, and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and category knowledge to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory management, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative store environment that promotes client loyalty and team cohesion.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare with an eagerness to learn and share expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Team player mentality; collaborative and goal-driven.
- Fast learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet required weekly shifts for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and work peak retail hours.
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and support sales objectives is advantageous.
