Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client, building long-term relationships and driving client loyalty.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and category knowledge to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
5. Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain a clean, welcoming and on-brand sales floor.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and promoting Sephora’s culture of belonging.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
8. Maintain flexible availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with a demonstrable record of customer service excellence.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with the ability to translate expertise into sales.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one-to-one consultations.
4. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
5. Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet required weekly shift commitments for part-time schedules.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing setting is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality service, build rapport quickly, and meet sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
