1. Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build long-term relationships.
3. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store KPIs and individual targets.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
5. Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
7. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support peers during peak trading hours and promotional events.
8. Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrated customer-service excellence.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative selling ability.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and fulfil standing/retail duties for extended periods.
