- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build long-term relationships.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store KPIs and individual targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organised and inviting retail environment.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support peers during peak trading hours and promotional events.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrated customer-service excellence.
- Passion for beauty, trends and a commitment to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative selling ability.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and fulfil standing/retail duties for extended periods.

Entry-level to early-career; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate the ability to build strong client relationships and meet sales objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty or cosmetology training is an asset but not required.
