1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist in the BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) process, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
