1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Communicate product knowledge effectively and provide makeovers as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs.
7. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions and special events within the store.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.

3. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
