1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.

3. Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Cross-train fellow Beauty Advisors and participate in inventory control.
6. Communicate inventory issues to the Manager and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss and be knowledgeable about store events and animations.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, and weekends.
3. Proficiency in product knowledge and application.
