1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients with enthusiasm and offering knowledgeable assistance in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Determine clients' needs and recommend suitable products, delivering product knowledge as appropriate.
3. Conduct makeovers for clients as required.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and actively pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate any inventory issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
