1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales activities and promotions.
6. Offer excellent client service during BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store) transactions.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
