1. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

1. Passion for client service and beauty.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
3. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
4. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
5. Consistent and reliable attendance.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in retail or a similar customer service role is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
