1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients.
2. Demonstrate product application and expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends and new products.
4. Deliver exceptional client service and create a welcoming environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

2. Proficiency in makeup application and skincare techniques.
3. Ability to stay informed about the latest beauty trends.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Organizational skills to maintain store standards.

Prior experience in retail or a similar customer service role is preferred.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
