1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
3. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
5. Ensure prompt restocking of products on the sales floor and maintain appealing product displays.
6. Assist in handling product recalls and returns in compliance with company policies.
7. Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces, ensuring adequate packaging supplies.
9. Foster client loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
10. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
