- Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of merchandise.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
- Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
- Assist in handling product recalls and returns in compliance with company policies.
- Accurately process customer transactions and adhere to cash procedures.
- Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and understanding their needs.
- Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities.
- Support the setup of new store openings by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
