- Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, organizing inventory storage, and performing regular stock counts.
- Prioritize and execute stock replenishment tasks to ensure sales floor readiness and appealing product displays.
- Assist with documentation and administration, including product recalls, inventory audits, and process improvements.
- Accurately process customer transactions and maintain cash operations according to company guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, sharing product knowledge, and supporting sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Assist in training new associates on inventory management procedures.
- Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
