1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, accurately labeling and tagging products, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Replenish stock by prioritizing tasks with the management team, ensuring sales floor products are restocked promptly, and maintaining attractive product displays.
3. Assist in documentation and administration by handling product recalls and returns, supporting inventory audits, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
4. Conduct cash operations by accurately processing transactions, maintaining cleanliness in cash areas, and ensuring adequate packaging supplies.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and sharing product knowledge to drive sales.
6. Collaborate with store associates to understand stock needs, communicate stock-related issues with management, and assist in training new stock associates.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
