1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, accurately labeling and tagging products, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize stock replenishment tasks in collaboration with the management team to ensure customer demands are met.
3. Assist in handling product recalls and returns, supporting inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies.
4. Process customer transactions accurately, adhering to Sephora's cash procedures and maintaining cleanliness in workspaces.
5. Foster client loyalty by providing exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and supporting various shopfloor categories.
6. Collaborate with store associates and communicate effectively with the management team regarding stock-related issues.
7. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
