1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize and execute stock replenishment tasks to ensure sales floor is adequately stocked.
3. Assist in documentation and administration, including handling product recalls and returns, and supporting inventory audits.
4. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain cleanliness in cash operation areas.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, and supporting sales initiatives.
6. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
7. Assist in training new stock associates and maintaining a positive work environment.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes.
3. Exceptional customer service skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
4. Professional appearance and passion for the beauty industry.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
