1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize and execute stock replenishment tasks to ensure shelves are adequately stocked and product displays are appealing.
3. Assist with documentation and administration, including handling product recalls and supporting inventory audits.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and maintain cleanliness in cash operation areas.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, and supporting various shop floor categories.
6. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
3. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to personalize recommendations.
4. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
