1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize and execute stock replenishment tasks to ensure sales floor is adequately stocked.
3. Assist in documentation and administration, including handling product recalls and supporting inventory audits.
4. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain organization in cash operation areas.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, and promoting Sephora's services.
6. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
7. Support the training of new stock associates on inventory management procedures.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
