1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize stock replenishment tasks in collaboration with the management team to meet customer demands.
3. Assist with documentation and administration, including handling product recalls and returns, and supporting inventory audits.
4. Process customer transactions accurately, adhering to Sephora's cash procedures and maintaining workspace cleanliness.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, and supporting various shopfloor categories.
6. Collaborate with store associates and communicate effectively with the management team regarding stock-related issues.
7. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Professional appearance with a passion for the beauty industry.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
