- Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming merchandise shipments.
- Unpack, label, and organize inventory in stockrooms and on shelves.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize stock replenishment tasks and maintain product displays.
- Assist in handling product recalls and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process customer transactions accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client loyalty and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Support new store opening procedures by participating in merchandise setup and stocking.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock-related issues.
- Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
