1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring timely restocking and appealing product displays.
3. Assist with documentation and administration, including handling product recalls and supporting inventory audits.
4. Process customer transactions accurately, adhering to cash procedures and maintaining workspace cleanliness.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client loyalty and driving sales through product knowledge.
6. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
7. Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy boxes.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
