1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments, and organizing inventory storage areas.
2. Prioritize and execute stock replenishment tasks to maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor.
3. Assist in documentation and administration tasks, including handling product recalls and supporting inventory audits.
4. Accurately process customer transactions and maintain organization in cash operation areas.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client needs, and sharing product knowledge.
6. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
7. Support training of new stock associates and assist in maintaining a professional and positive work environment.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.

Beginner level experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
