1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and ensure excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react promptly to various situations.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
