1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting in-store activities.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react promptly to situations.
5. Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
