1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
6. Assist with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) and provide excellent client service during order pickups.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$18.25 - $22.38 per hour, dependent on qualifications and relevant experience.
