1. Provide exceptional and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients with enthusiasm and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
5. Participate in inventory control and report issues to the Manager.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and animations within the store.
8. Assist in programs aimed at reducing shortage and loss.
9. Be knowledgeable about cashier functions.

1. One to three years of experience in retail or the service industry.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.

2. Strong product knowledge in cosmetics and skincare.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and cashier functions.
