- Provide exceptional customer service in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their needs.
- Offer product recommendations and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Conduct makeovers as required.
- Complete in-depth brand training and cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and store animations.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- One to three years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
