1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm.
3. Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
4. Communicate product knowledge to clients.
5. Provide makeovers to clients as required.
6. Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
7. Pursue additional product knowledge as needed.
8. Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Be knowledgeable of special events and animations within the store.
12. Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
13. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.

1. One to three years’ experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Flexible work schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
