- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
- Greet all clients entering the store with enthusiasm.
- Determine clients' needs and suggest suitable products.
- Communicate product knowledge to clients.
- Provide makeovers to clients as required.
- Ensure completion of in-depth brand training for team members.
- Pursue additional product knowledge as needed.
- Cross-train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate issues to the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of special events and animations within the store.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.
- Be knowledgeable of cashier functions.
- One to three years’ experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Flexible work schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
