1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
6. Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) services, ensuring excellent client service.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, particularly within the beauty industry.

$15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Flexibility to work 0-19 hours per week, with potential for advancement to a more permanent position.
