1. Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable service to clients in the Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
2. Greet clients warmly and assess their needs to suggest suitable products.
3. Conduct makeovers and communicate product knowledge effectively.
4. Complete brand training and pursue additional product knowledge.
5. Assist in inventory control and communicate any issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in loss prevention programs.
7. Be knowledgeable about store events and cashier functions.
