- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product application with expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to the store's success.
- Assist clients with BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for client service and the beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to react promptly to situations.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultation and product application.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Capability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred, with a focus on client service and beauty consultation.
$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
