1. Provide personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.

4. Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive team environment.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
