1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application through expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.

5. Participate in sales and promotional events to enhance client engagement.
6. Provide excellent client service for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store) orders.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior experience in retail, particularly in beauty or related fields, is preferred.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
