- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Build strong client relationships through personalized consultations.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to achieving store objectives and adapting to strategic changes.
- Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant or Beauty Consultant.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
- Empathy and dynamism.

- Aptitude for teamwork.
- Willingness to value uniqueness and differences.
Beginner level experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments is preferred.
