1. Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University and other brand and regional training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer purchases according to cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
