1. Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's brand philosophy.

3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Maintain and manage the designated area, ensuring product displays are organized and shelves are clean.
5. Process customer transactions efficiently, following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
