1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert consultation, and assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
3. Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Maintain the designated area by preparing product displays and ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
