1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
2. Drive staff productivity and engagement through effective management.
3. Maintain stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.

5. Achieve turnover targets and contribute to category development.
6. Monitor and control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and service numbers.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage stock levels.
8. Provide short services across all departments and support beauty classes.
9. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
10. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
11. Clean and organize furniture and products on the sales floor.
12. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
13. Support the conversion and construction of merchandising updates.
14. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
2. First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
