1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate expertise in makeup application and skincare routines.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and new product launches at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive store performance.
6. Assist clients with their orders, including BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) services.
7. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store environment.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Passion for client service and beauty products.
3. Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities.
4. Resilience and ability to respond to situations promptly.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$15.00 - $19.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
