1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the store.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
4. Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
5. Perform makeup applications for customers as needed.
6. Ensure team members complete comprehensive brand training.
7. Actively pursue additional product learning opportunities.
8. Train other beauty advisors.
9. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
12. Participate in programs to reduce shrink and loss.
13. Understand cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
