1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers entering the store with enthusiasm.

5. Perform makeup applications for customers when required.
6. Ensure team members complete brand 'deep-dive' training.

10. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
11. Stay informed about special events and in-store activities.
12. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
