1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers enthusiastically and determine their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeup applications as needed.
4. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training and pursue additional product learning.
5. Participate in stock control and communicate inventory issues to management.
6. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
8. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industry.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners with clarity and conciseness.
3. Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or service industry is required.
