- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance, as well as at the cash wrap.
- Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the store.
- Determine customers' needs and suggest products that meet those needs.
- Share product knowledge with customers as appropriate.
- Perform makeovers for clients as needed.
- Ensure training and development by facilitating 'deep-dive' brand training for team members.
- Actively pursue additional product learning as needed.
- Train other beauty advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
- Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
- Designated advisors must be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely at all levels.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
