1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and determine their needs to recommend suitable products.
3. Share product knowledge with customers and perform makeovers when necessary.
4. Ensure team members complete in-depth brand training and pursue additional learning opportunities.
5. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock concerns to management.
6. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures, and stay informed about in-store events and promotions.
7. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
8. Understand cashier host functions as required.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or service industries.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
