1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all customers with enthusiasm and assist them with their needs.
3. Recommend products that meet customer needs and share product knowledge.
4. Perform makeup applications for customers as needed.
5. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.
6. Engage in continuous learning about products and train other beauty advisors.
7. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
8. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
9. Stay informed about special events and store activities.
10. Participate in programs to reduce shrinkage and loss.
11. Familiarize with cashier functions as required.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
